Built for the questions that carry real consequences.
Blackout Intelligence is a private intelligence agency. We combine human analytical judgement, operational capability and purpose-built technology, and we work only within lawful purpose and documented scope.
The mission
Clear evidence, lawfully gathered. Responsibility without exception.
We exist to help decision-makers act with clarity when the available information is incomplete, conflicting or sensitive. We work across digital intelligence, due diligence, investigations, physical security and governance, joining sources and specialists around one clearly defined requirement.
Our longer-term mission is to create trusted intelligence infrastructure that crosses organisational boundaries while preserving lawful authority, source provenance and human accountability. Technology increases reach. Human judgement carries responsibility.
How the firm works
The method, in four stages.
Each stage leaves a record that can be reviewed. The full method, and the grading behind it, is on the evidence page.
- 01
Scope
The question, the scope and the authority to act are recorded before collection starts.
- 02
Collect
Approved sources only, with the time and reference of each record kept.
- 03
Check
Each claim is graded and tested against other sources. Gaps and disputes are stated, not smoothed over.
- 04
Deliver
The result is written for review, with its limitations and the source behind each finding.
